We specialise in the design and manufacture of custom stencils for a variety of applications, from decorative and industrial letter and number stencils to more complex pictographic and logo stencils. Our in-house designers will work with you to create your stencils to your specifications at a reasonable price.

We can cut a range of materials to suit the use of your stencils, including our five most popular materials:

• Aluminium – a robust and easy to clean material, for repeated use with all kinds of paints
• HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) – an extremely flexible and durable plastic that is great for repeated usage and easy to clean (paint doesn’t stick to the material)
• PVC from thicknesses of 0.2mm – an incredibly flexible and thin material that can be placed easily on any working surface to allow maximum paint protection, ideal for crafts and other fine work
• Polycarbonate from 1mm – extremely durable, lightweight, flexible and easily cleaned. This material is suitable for use with water-based paints
• Magnetic roll from 0.9mm – ideal for spraying multiple curved surfaces (e.g. steel drums or metal pipes). While not as durable as aluminium stencils, they make stenciling curved metal surfaces a breeze

We can also cut other materials including paper, card and oil board.
